The flexible egg production system
SuperTripleDeck is a three-tier laying battery developed by Big Dutchman and characterised by a long service life, high functionality and perfect conditions for humans and birds. During development, we focused on the system’s suitability for tropical climates and optimal use with natural ventilation.
Depending on the customer’s wishes and to allow for an easy start into modern egg production, Big Dutchman offers this system in different versions (manual and automatic) and with three expansion stages. Upgrading or retrofitting the system at a later point is easily possible.

- step-access feed trough: ideal for monitoring;
- bottom wire grille placed on wire brackets: very stable and at the same time highly flexible, ensuring good egg quality;
- height-adjustable feet for a perfect longitudinal alignment of the system.
