Invisible, but extremely energy-efficient – and on display for the digital EuroTier: the new Dynamic MultiStep principle, a combination of low-energy EC fans of different diameters and a clever software, ensures impressive energy savings compared to traditional solutions: energy costs can be reduced by more than half. The reduction in energy consumption is achieved by operating all fans steplessly and by letting them run at the lowest acceptable speed for as long as possible.

In addition to saving energy, the EC fans are extremely stable in terms of pressure and therefore less sensitive to wind than, for instance, purely voltage-controlled fans. Pressure stability is of great significance with minimum ventilation, where strong winds may have severe consequences for the welfare of the birds and the heating bill.

Poultry managers will furthermore benefit from the fact that Dynamic MultiStep combined with EC fans typically needs fewer exhaust air units to meet the same ventilation requirements. The noise level has also been reduced considerably and can often be cut by more than 50 percent.

Dynamic MultiStep uses several new exhaust air fans of the type ECBlue, combining high performance with high pressure stability when ventilation is low.
