Lucretia Löscher to become new COO of Big Dutchman AG
Vechta-Calveslage, 3 August 2026 – Strengthening the Big Dutchman team: Lucretia Löscher assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1 August 2026. The 43-year-old has a deep understanding of international industrial enterprises from different perspectives – and brings with her much experience in driving complex processes forward and successfully implementing change.
Lucretia Löscher was most recently COO of the globally active plant construction and engineering company Thyssenkrupp Uhde. Prior to that, she held senior positions at Siemens Energy and Osram Lighting Solutions, among others.
Lucretia Löscher studied law, business administration and management in Leipzig (Germany) and Paris and completed a senior executive programme in artificial intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, complementing her academic education.
In addition, she is a qualified emergency medical technician (EMT) and volunteers for the Red Cross society.
