For the digital EuroTier 2021, Big Dutchman presented FC-V, a new feed cart which is ideally suited for all cage systems consisting of up to six tiers without catwalk, and up to ten tiers with catwalk. The system comprises a pulled cart in combination with a V-shaped trough. This means that feed wastage is not an issue and the laying hens receive their feed reliably, evenly and based on their needs. FC-V is cost-efficient and energy-saving since it requires only one motor for up to six tiers.
Important features (among others):
- easy handling;
- very quiet and smooth running;
- automatic alignment with the trough for perfect dosing results;
- low maintenance.
