On the occasion of the EuroTier 2002, taking place at Hanover from 12th until 15th of November, Big Dutchman will present more than 30 innovations. At two exhibition stands, our experts will provide comprehensive information for the visitors to this international fair in the capital of Lower Saxony. In Hall 17, stand D 25, interested visitors will be informed about our vast product range and our latest innovations in the field of modern poultry management.
One of Big Dutchman’s latest innovations is AMACS, a hard- and software system based on current browser and web technology, which allows permanent data acquisition, monitoring and control of layer farms in real time from virtually any location in the world.
One of the company’s most extraordinary innovations is undoubtedly the new feed pan FluxX for broiler breeding and growing. The really special things about it are the patented 360° flooding feature and the user-friendly “Spin-n-Lock” Adjustment, by means of which the farmer can easily adjust the feed level – this can even be done with only one hand.
It is also in the field of egg transportation that we intend to set entirely new standards by means of the new Elevator EQ generation. The amount of cracked and hair-cracked eggs is substantially reduced thanks to a special gentle egg transportation. Moreover, this egg collection system is characterized by less maintenance works and simplified cleaning.
From Tuesday on, Big Dutchman pig house equipment will be put on show in Hall 26, stand H15, where experts will answer questions and present the company’s innovations, such as the new automatic feeder PigNic and the intelligent feed valve BD 4 I. PigNic can feed up to 40 animals. BD 4 I is particularly suitable for computer-controlled dry and liquid feeding systems. One of its main advantages is that the electrical installation costs are reduced by about 50 per cent thanks to most modern BUS technology.
Other innovation highlights of the Big Dutchman Pig Equipment GmbH are: the fermentation of pig feed, a pioneer baby piglet feeding system and several novelties in the field of group management of pregnant sows.
Moreover, there are two products which are interesting for both poultry and pig keepers and which constitute an important landmark in the field of modern livestock management. Big Dutchman responded to the latest stringent amendment concerning technical instruction air by developing the exhaust air cleaning system MagixX. Thanks to this multiphase exhaust air cleaning system, annoyances caused by odour, dust and ammonia will be reduced considerably.
Big Dutchman’s competence and experience also in the field of climate control are impressively reflected by the market introduction of its pioneer climate computers MC 234 / MC 236, which are setting entirely new standards concerning exact control, security and user-friendliness.
